Poetry, music, and memories filled the air at the 4th Grade Poetry Picnic at Remsenburg-Speonk Elementary!

Students proudly read their original poems to family and teachers, shared tasty snacks, and performed a beautiful cinquain poem accompanied by Ms. Angelone and the xylophones. The class also shared a heartfelt group verse about what poetry means to them, followed by a touching slideshow full of memories from the school year.

Special thank you to fourth-grade teachers Kandyce DeMory and Rachele Bongiovi for all they do to organize events like this. A truly special afternoon celebrating creativity, reflection, and the joy of learning!
